I waited until I was 30 years old, 5'7"180 lbs. Couldnt get bigger anymore, just was adding fat, maybe if I researched supps I could but I made sure I was done drinking (4 years totaly now) so I thought I deserved it. I haven't touched AAS yet, I'm planning on it within the next couple months tho. I'm 6'1 and 260lbs and I don't think I'm getting much bigger naturally without putting too much fat on.
