Normal Hair Loss
What do you consider normal hair loss? I am mainly concerned about people who are NOT on a cycle.
I have noticed more hair loss recently in terms of if I run my hands through my hair which is quite concerning but I can't notice any hair loss in the mirror and my hair is longer than it ever has been before so maybe that helps me notice it more.
I just wondered then what is normal hair loss? Your experience??

There is a natural shedding cycle...
This is not scientific but I think the rule of thumb is..
Run your hand through your hair during a shower and if you see more than like 4 hairs, you might have hairloss.
From what I've seen, some people lose their hair in the front first, and they get that gradual male pattern balding...
and than some other people, keep their hairline in the front but lose their hair allover the place,., so its more like a thinning effect, on the top of your head and front.
You can go to a hair specialist, BUT research first exactly how they determine whether you are losing hair or not.. cause they might make money off you, by telling you have some hair loss, and selling your medications and than making you come in for more visits etc... I'd figure out exactly how they come to their determinations, it might just be really close visual inspection, which I suppose could have some merits.

People can lose up to 100 hairs per day without having any problems. If you don't notice anything in the mirror then why are you worrying ?
