    Lower Back went crunch crunch

    So today at the gym i ran for about 15 minutes then went to start my leg routine... i had 135 on for a warm up/stretch set squat. I go down and crunch my lower back pops and it hurt bad enough that was almost difficult to bring it back up. I tried to salvage a work out but it was useless, i was able to go run on the treadmill for another 15 minutes....i figure if it was bad i wouldnt have been able to do that. however after sitting in my truck driving home, getting out and walking in wasnt easy... Cant be too serious right? Whats yalls thoughts....

    Keep Ice on it like immediately to keep it from swelling, maybe switch to heat after a while to get some blood flowing through there. I've had terrible issues with my lower back for a while. It's kinda shaped like an S, (Not like from a side view like it's supposed to be but from left to right.) If you popped something out of place sometimes your muscles will tense up around that area and they just don't let it go back to the way it's supposed to be. A visit to the Chiropractor may not be a bad idea.
