Most unbiased way to compare raw/power strength?
well what are your idea's? bench and militarypress lean more towards shorter fellas, while deadlift is good for taller fellas....If yyouhad to compare overall strength/power of 2 differetly built individuals whatwould be a good excersise/movement to use.

I wouldn't think so. Short people have a shorter distance to lift and better leverage.
Like A S said there's a million different variables

I think a fair comparison would require multiple events, it would be hard to narrow it down to just one.
In the WSM contests it's not unusual for a person to really excel in one area but lose the overall contest.

shorter people have shorter arm usually, so the dead can be a bitch for them. the dead works best for people with long arms with short legs(like me) i have now this dead advantage is usually a big disadvantage w the press, the shorter the arms the easier to press, the longer the worse. i have been lucky to be able to press well even with a large wing span, but i worked at that, i take my grip out to the max limit and take as big of an arch as i can without my ass coming off the bench and by pulling my lats and rear delts as hard as possible. all of this decreases my rom significantly.
2 best exercises for strength , press and dead. perfect combo. this way the rom benefits are balanced out

Not necassarily. There's some short guys with donkey kong arms and some tall guys who look like a T-rex. But generally yah.
Anyways I don't really know it would matter to measure strength, and honestly I think you'd have to go exercise by exercise to measure, can't say which ones stronger overall unless they dominate all exercises.
What's the purpose? Just fight if you want to prove who's the better man Haha jk
