you misunderstood me, I wasn't calling you ignorant. I was sayinig age shouldn't be a factor in people's decision as much as it's becoming an issue in this election. It was a general frustration that the election should be decided on age.

Well you quoted what I said and the last sentence in your post sure made it seem that way, but I'll take your word for it, its all good. I wasn't saying anything about McCain when I said age is a relevant issue. There already is age discrimination in the race for the presidency (don't you think keeping those under age 35 from running is age discrimination?), and for good reason.

What if a fully qualified candidate with an exceptional resume chose a complete moron for a running mate (sound familiar?)? You wouldn't refrain from voting for a great candidate because the VP would be retarded right? But what if the candidate was 95 years old and in a wheelchair, but otherwise healthy...... Would you have reservations then?
