Best Reading Source for the Money?

What is the best magazine to subscribe to or Book to buy for bodybuilding?

I wan't real life, no B**Sh**, articles and information. I don't want something with a lot of sell me this supplement or sell me that supplement. I know magazines will have some, but I want to gett good articles that I can apply in and out of the gym.

    Thanks!

I would say that this site is the most BS free and just about every single mag I've come across has been full of ads and nonsense with minimal good articles. Although it's out dated I like some of the articles in Arnold's encyclopedia.

I used to be a fan of Muscular Development, but haven't read that mag in years.

Don't know how it's changed for better or worse, but it had some entertainment value along with basic information.

kaberle_15 says it best when saying this site is quality. You have thousands of bros that have done mostly everything you could want to, and the amount of knowledge is tremendous.

Real world account > some editor / authors trying to sell copies.

There is absolutely no agenda here other than assisting people who use steroids to be safe, maximize their performance, and achieving results.

    ACE!!

I agree with you guys that this site is invaluable with knowledge. I just wanted something that I could add to my literature collection and read when I don't have internet access or in meetings and such.

I find that the mags are manly focused on keeping there addvertises happy.

One book i have learned a lot from although its old is "The Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding" some of the stuff is out dated but the parts on injuries, training and history are quite good.

    IMO
