    ughhhhhhhhhhh

    Been sick and out of the gym for a week now which makes me feel even worse ! My body's not sore but i have chest congestion and every time i cough a tone of mucus comes up. I finally went to the doc and got some med so hopefully that helps. I HATE THISSSSSSSSSSSSS

    So, you are where I got this cold from? I have been sick every since you invited me to PA. We spread germs through the forum. Crazy. I feel your pain. I finaly called my Doc today too. I am hoping she will just call me in some antibiotics. I don't wanna go there and explain that my high blood pressure will subside soon. Get better DSM. I have exactly the same thing. Yuck!

    i was toughing it out and when i would cough at the gym people would turn and look at me with this get away from me look. With the deep cough they knew i was sick , haha.

    Oh well, i am going to go back tomorrow.
