Arrgh Sick!
Im sick and i havnt been to the gym this week, and iv only had on avg one meal a day and that meal has been shiet food! Somone Kill me i feel like Shiet!

been there. spent most of this cycle with a cold that turned into a sinus infection and eye infection. sucks for sure

Lucky i haven't been sick in a while. I just realized how often i use to get sick before i started getting into BB.
hopefully i stay that way through out winter...

I made the mistake of training while I was sick. Started getting better. After a nice heavy leg day I'm hacking up green shit again. Awesome

Do those work, or do they just make you sick?

i think they work but best for people that really need the protection, like people with chronic illness or over 50, or those who live with an old person (so as to not let em catch it from you).

Why wouldnt you get the flu shot?
okay guys back at the gym this week and i feel realy weak.. about 10kg weaker why is this.. i lost my appetite for 2 weeks and also didnt train for 2 weeks. I think it will take me 1 more week to get my strength back but my question is.. What is the best way to train after having acouple weeks off? IMO i think doing 8+ reps of moderate weight is the best what do you guys think?
