    I second all of the congrats for Kale....but what is the difference from being a MOD to being a VET...does Kale now possess some sort of secret power where he can actually find the few Asian women out there with bigs tits??? Oh wait he already possessed that power

    Thanks for the congrats. There is a big difference between a MOD and a VET. Let me first explain, we technically have no mods here, we have admins and with have Hall Of Famers (HOFRS) we also have Monitors. Now the only people who have the power to ban and suspend are the admins, they also have the power to delete threads, usually on the advice from one of the above named groups. Certain HOFR's have the power to modify and move threads but they cannot ban, suspend or delete.

    Now Monitors and Vets have no powers at all, those two groups can discuss issues on the board and recommend courses of action which carry a lot of weight with admins. From a promotions point of view first is Monitor then to Vet but this is purely a prestige thing and in no way grants any powers. Next step is usually HOFR although some monitors have gone straight to HOFR because of there extended knowledge and the respect that they have gained here.
