    I did a couple and my left shoulder started to hurt. So, I went back to pull downs. You can be the king of chins, I dont like them anymore.

    Today I tryed and managed 17 clean pull-ups then my rotator stared up but Im about 270+ right now so I wasnt expecting much.

    I can do 12 wide grip with 25 pound belt. Use to do 8 with a 45. God i love tren

    do them all the time?

    over the summer i would do 20 every time i left my computer, and i could do 40+ during wrestling. now i can do like 25 probably

    Uh, I'm gonna second this. I weigh 200 lbs bout 7-8% BF and small bone structure 5'10". I can get 12 reps strappin a quarter.on the belt. I'm pretty happy with that, of course I'm always improving.

    well i don't think many of these are weighted. i think if you tried to work them up you'd be surprised how easy it is after a while

    i can do about 20 with an extra 40lbs counterweight on the machine lol. too tall for that bullshit.

    I remember in HS we all had to do pullups twice a year for phsysical fitness test, the same 2 little guys with t-rex arms only ones that did over 35, neither had any athletic ability and neither was exceptionally strong..both were just like 5'4 with short arms.

    a lot depends on your grip strength...you can do so many more when using straps

    Hey Smoke you got me i put down 25 clean controlled reps but yeah couldnt do any more but i did stiff legged deads 1st and lying leg curls but ill try again in say two weeks
    31 thats a good number

    25 is good man. Keep pushing, last summermy max was 21, every week I made sure I do one more, now 28-31 is my range for max w body weight.

    Couldnt agree more,

    but on average I can usually do around 39.. on a bad day.
    Good day around 51.
