Has anyone read this book by Steve Gallaway? is it worth $40? im on amazon ready to buy it . any good???

Also any other good steroid books ?

Then I would go for it any book that will give you ideas and I know it goes into diets workouts and not just steroids ......so yes go for it and when you get done reading it you can send it to me...J/K

I would not waste the $40. buy a book on being financially conservative. You got more info than you need for free, why throw away money?

i have th book anabolics 2005 by william llewellyn and he comes out with a book each year. it is very helpful, i amagine something like that would be good for a trip

The new Anabolics 2009 by william llewellyn should be out now... That is the most up to date and concise steroid bible that is available as far as i'm concerned. I know Anthony Roberts and I argued about the Anabolics 2006 edition, and he sighted it as "laughable", and our posts got deleted, but I am pretty sure I am right.

dan duchaines' underground steroid handbook, a must have........the steroid guru..not sure if you can still find one, i have one picked it up about 8 years ago in venice...good material, old science perhaps, but its still all pretty basic science
