    Set a PB on the bench press

    HEY everyone i just set a PB on the bench of 240lb! Its small for you guys but huge for me im stoked just had to tell someone!

    Good work dude, yeah 240's not alot compared to what alot of these dudes lift but that's still some good weight.
    I only bench 245 for around 6 reps myself.
