Probably around 18%. Bigsxxy has suggested that I drop my bf to 10% before and I've responded that I've had energy issues when my bodyfat was at or below 10% when I was playing ball. And I was weighing between 272-280 at the time. I'm considering dropping some bf and keeping my bodyweight around 310lbs just to make myself more marketable. Even though there are guys out there much stronger than Mariusz Pudzianowski (namely Zydrunas Savickas), he's the face of strongman because of his shape. So I've been trolling the diet section for some time now trying to get my diet in order. I haven't done a cycle in 3yrs. So once I can design the proper cycles to keep my massive strength levels up and help my develop a leaner body then I will pursue that. In the mean time, I've been natural and still throwing up crazy weight and I'm happy with that...for the time being!!!

BGMC31 I would like to see some pictures of you lifting.

I read you can hang clean 405lbs along with those power lifting #'s that is very strong if true.

If Gaunch or whatever his name is the person he posted as pictures , he is the biggest on here by farrrrrrrrr.

Gauch is a fraud. His avatar is a pic of Derrick Poundstone who is only 6'0 and 315lbs. Derrick is a lot stronger than anyone on this forum and the strongest man in the US and probably the 2nd or 3rd best strongman in the world, if not the best!!!

There are a few very close to that that are extremely muscular as well. Canada's Dominic Fillou (6'5 375), US's Van Hatfield (6'4 340), Austria's Manfred Hoerbel (before the accident was 6'5 330). There are many pro strongmen that are extremely muscular. In some contests, I'm considered small! LOL!!!

I remember seeing that pic and thinking it looked suspicious and he had posted another pic claiming to be him which looked like two totally different people. The poundstone pic he was thick and then the other he was big and tall, but no where near as thick as the poundstone pic..... I'm not one to call peeps out cause I could care less....

Like pro wrestling some reports of Dom are exaggerated. But I wouldn't doubt that Dom is over 400lbs at some contests. Strongmen come in a wide variety of heights. Polish strongman and 5 time worlds strongest man Mariusz Pudzianowski is only 6'0. Derrick Poundstone is 6'0 also. Zydrunas Savickas is 6'3. But there are some skyscrapers in strongman as well.

I went through his post and he had a arm shot so I am suspected he may be exaggerating a bit as his arms are a good 2 inches smaller than mine and he has about 40lbs of muscle (LBM, with bodyfat included) on me with his stats

Hey all,

Me new to the hardcore bodybuilding side of life. Always been in sport and used off seasons to get strong by going to gym but since Sept last year I have dedicated a lot of hours of very intense training. Slowly but surely I am showing results but not of anything close to competitive bodybuilders............... In Sept 2008 I weighed 278lbs with a bf% of almost 20% in which is now down to 7.3%.............I am turning 40 this year and said to myself I want to look the best I could look.............but let me get some proper pics taken...............

My legs suck to be honest.............I am very heavily boned. I weighed myself this morning and I must correct myself...............my weight now today is 251lbs........

Edit: The avatar is of me taken 3 months ago. I am leaner now. The attachment showing my back was taken 21 Feb 2009 and the abs recent.
