idk if this is the right section for this..
but my right bicep is round and has a peak kinda
and my left one is flat on top.. it kinda looks like greg valentinos after he messed his up.. (altho my arms are twice his size you get the picture haha)
is there anything i can do about this?

Pretty much genetics. Some people have problems with one chest pec being bigger than the other, just have to deal with it.

i have the same problem, if youre right handed start your isometric excercices with your left hand. If you dont do any one arm excerices, start now..

when a judge asks you to face him on a double bicep while you face the side you can just say, "no, thanks, im ok like this"

A bullshit for me too. I had this prolem with my right bicep. So what i did is to do 2 extra spider set in the end and one exercise for peak like preacher, spider cable preacher on Bench Press and off day. Thar resolved the problem. And yeah Genetic sucks. My brother has only 15" arms which looks bigger than a 17" arms. And he do biceps only once in a ten day gap (he is bit busy) and eat just simple, while i suk badly when it comes to my arms size. I need a Bicep replacement therapy.

    ^^^^Good advice.

Dumbells are the way to go. Not necessary all of the time, but they will help you even out not only your biceps, but other muscle groups as well.

ok i am new but i do have a suggestion.... i have always had pretty good biceps, except i did not have that rock at the peak when i was 20 i worked in this warehouse were this old guy that drove a forklift noticed me flexing one day and told me... to put my eldows at my side, raise wrist back up to my shoulders, then rotate your wrist around continually tightening your bicep... presto.. took about a week and a half and i started seeing the peaks. now i was doing this crap when ever i thought about it....atleast 15 times during a day.... rocks never went away..

try it with one arm.... can't hurt
