This is a very personal question and I am not asking it to piss anyone off or offend anyone. I just thought it might make an interesting thread-

1. Have you done time
2. What was it for?
3. How Long?
4. any good/bad stories?

Fortunately no, I got off with a warning for assault with a weapong for something that happened in a hockey game. I got speared in the throat and the ref totally missed it and I freaked out and skated behind the guy and 2 handed him upward from behind and then came back and hit him full force swinging on the head. Knocked him out cold he woke up crying on the ice. Not a fun experience I felt shitty but the guy really did spear me in the throat, I couldnt even breathe properly when it happened.

whew i could do post after post with stories, reasons, experiences

not sure i have that energy

first time i was locked up was for 2 weeks... i was 18. my roomates stole 18 cars from an auto auction. i got pulled over driving one. well i didnt get pulled over. he tried. i drove. he chased, i cut a u-turn and he cut me off so i slammed into him head first. backed up, drove around him. ended up spinning out (winter time, snow) slammed into a curb, blew the tires. i jumped out and ran. he came at the car with a gun and arrested my 3 roomates who were in the car.

i ran in the snow, through some woods. in a stream. then cut through a golf course and walked 3 miles to my g/fs work. they had 3 different police townships out looking for me.

i turned myself in the next day cuz all the cops out there knew me and my roomates anyways, plus they had my roomates.

sat in jail for 2 weeks till my hearing. i got released on unsecured bail and given a program that made me take classes, pay a shit load of fines and do community service.

my roomates werent so lucky. they did a year in juvy each for stealin the cars. but they were under 18.

that was the first time. ive been locked up 3 more times or so and for 17 months total after that.

i did about 2 years 17-19 i burned a house down cuz the guy inside hit my BFF LOL in the head with a rock so yeah i burned his house down and somehow they got enough BS to convict so yeah about 2 yrs, After i found out i wasnt going to prison i had alot of fun LOL and yeah stories Uhh...... Im really good at dominoes, Cards,And can make anything out of anything and have alot of patience and know every joke and funny thing todo in a Cell, And i Still read a whole lot

1 year, perverting the course of justice
6 months, causing bodily harm
6 months, drink driving, 4th time i got caught.

Waiting sentence for the prodution of 600 plants..

next time i got locked up i was 20. i got into selling drugs and got addicted heavily also. i was set up and snitched on for 2 seperate drug deals.

they raided my house. took me in. sat in jail for 5 months
at the same time my g/f at the time pressed stalking, harrasment and identity theft charges on me. so they charged me again while i was in jail.

got sentenced to those 5 months and a few years of probation.

next time got locked up was a month after getting done with the 5 months

my ex went to a different state and pressed the same charges...

so i got locked up in PA and extradited to FL. now that wasnt fun. shackled in a bus for weeks while driving all over the goddamn east coast on the way to FL.

did 2 months in FL for those charges

next time, got locked up was back in PA, different county though.
an ex and i had a falling out. i moved out but she changed the locks and kept all my belongings before i could grab them

so i went over one night and got in the house.. and took them. she called the cops. did 9 months for burglery but they lowered it to trespassing at sentencing.. then went to my other county and sat in jail for another month for violating my probation

now thats just the basics... i have a million stories and experiences
and im with A J on his post about how i can crush some cards, dominos, and read like a mo fo to this day

3 days, I'm small time
but they did throw me in the real prision, so that was interesting
just a dumb bar fight, but I shatterd the other guys face and he had to have some plates put in. The cops made a big deal about nothing and got it erased from my record after a little court battle and I had to pay for the surgery. WTF, he started it.

I have to say jails over here are not as bad as they were years ago. And i am in no dought that i will be in and out of them for many years to come. This is partly due to the fact that i hate THE SYSTEM, im a bitter man, and i will never accept doing a shit no hope job for the rest of my life..

1. Assault with weapon

got off on the b&e charges, wasnt so lucky with the assault. gave guy 18 stitches on his forehead. it will remind him for the rest of his life not to **** with people he doesnt know. 18 months left on probation, wooooooooooo.

Ive just done several little county terms.

At 17 I spent 2 days for spotlighting and shooting deer off the highway
At 18 I went to jail overnight for stealing christmas trees from a roadside farm
At 20 I went to jail for about 8 hours in Rosarita Mexico for some BS in Pappas and beer
At 22 I went to county overnight for pissing in the audience at a Tool concert

At 27 I went to county for 3 days for PI and had 5 outstanding warrants
At 29 I went to jail for 2 days for resisting, dwi, and driving with suspending license
At 30 I went to jail for 3 weeks for 11 outstanding warrents that were 7 years old

get off parole on march 27 2011
It was 1988
No subsequent charges have been filed in large part due to the fact that I have not committed any new crimes
Stories? many form fighting guards, to being in seg, to riots, murders, and rape. Having said that, it was an experience that shaped who I am today.

Doesnt happen in the UK, sure one guy will rape another, but never heard of a gang rape happening..

where I was at if someone wanted it more than you did they got it one way or the other. I used to know guys that would walk into someone cell with two shanks, throw them on the bed and say "you know what it is, grab a knife or grab your ankles"

I only saw gang rape once. It was because a guy disrespected a mexican gang leader and he put the order out. I actually saw the guy that got raped about a year ago. Never forget that face!

BTW this was in the kitchen while chow was being served!
