I dont think you will have much luck bringing back the CB radio, i dont think truckers can even use them now due to the phone ban while driving

Actually a few years ago I was banging out this hooker in my uncles 1973 chevy pickup truck.
I was looking to find something to stick up her ass while i railed her, and the only thing I could find was the CB talkie thing.
That was honestly the last time I ever thought of using a CB.

Ya, I owned a few. Best one I ever had was a Cobra 29, mostly because it had a larger speaker than the others and it just sounded better.

I had one in my bedroom when I was 10, but that was in the 70's. If I had to go out and get one now I would look at the K40 Brand.

Citizen's Band radio. It operated around the 29 megacycles range, a lot lower than the 2 Ghz that cordless phones use, and lots higher than the 550 khz to 1600 khz that AM radio uses.
It was a slim section of US radio spectrum that's set aside for people who wanted to play with radio without having to hassle with learning the morse code, which was a requirement for ham radio operators up until recently. And the ham radio spectrum runs from about 2 to about 30 mhz.
Also, while CB radios are limited (by law) to no more than 4 watts of power, ham radios can operate with lots more.
