    What day hurts the most?

    I'm not talking soreness, i'm talking actual pain. Like you are aching after your workout

    For me it's arm day, my wrists hurt, elbows hurt, and shoulders always hurt after

    legs easy, two days after i can't even walk, and it takes 4-5days minimum before they aren't sore

    Legs definitely. I can barely finish some sets towards the end and when im done i cant walk. Not to mention im still sore 5 days later from last workout

    I don't really ever get any aches other than my right elbow during my first few sets of triceps, but once I get loose that goes away. If you are feeling a lot of pain and it isn't muscle soreness you might be doing something wrong

    how about when you do down the steps and you get that feeling like u are gonna just keep right on going after legs *L* thats always interesting....

    try running from class to class across campus, or playing a jazz concert and your legs keep shaking uncontrollably, lol, pain in the ass during solos

    i don't think thats from the workout =D

    but yeah, legs.. nothing ever hurts while lifting, except bar curls from breaking my wrist a while ago, but i don't do them because it hurts too much to do any real weight...

    so legs.

    I'd only suspect and hope that they were in the process of doing a S.E.O. protocol otherwise........ haha. If legs isn't the hardest day then I suspect some need to train them a bit harder...... hmmm well then again not many probably want a pair of true freak horse type legs

    legs - freakin doesnt bother me when i do back but when i squat or do hams i have nothing but pain - i keep pushing through it
