Supplement cost Vs. Cycle Cost
I don't get too fancy with the supplements, I think eating right is way more important.
People I think think AS is over priced, but I disagree.
For me to use Cellmass, sytha 6, no explode and truemass it cost me about $200 a month, which is nice cause i get free shipping.
I'm using eq 16 weeks and t-bol/anavar 10 weeks right now and I don't think I have Edited invested into it.
I eat about $80 in food a week and my gym membership runs me 40 a month.
I think the AS is the cheapest thing about trying to grow. I'm thinking of just cutting out all the supps but a cheap whey.

i'm wondering why you would spend that much on supps..
i'd be close to only spending 200 in a couple years..
so for most people, supps are cheaper, but the results would be no where near the same for your money

the only supplement i buy regularly is whey protein. I wait until they are about to expire and do it during buy one get one half off. Protein can get expensive
I also buy fish oil, vitamin c, and zinc, but all of those are very cheap.
Off cycle i will occasionally use creatine, which isnt the cheapest thing.
AAS are the best bang for your buck. Some of them at least, like test. If you really want to conserve money, check out some of the "legal" prohormones or designer steroids or whatever you want to call it. Some of this stuff works as good as the real thing, but way cheaper.

the only ones i use is whey, BCAA's, flaxseed oil, cod liver oil.
SOMETIMES if im coming off cycle, i'll use Octane before work outs, for when my energy is low....but rarely.
i don't like feeling like i have to rely on that shit to get a good pump

agreed that most supps are shit but for people getting started it's frustrating cuz the marketing is so damn good.

I buy multi vits, iso protein, casein protein, BCAA's and glutamine which I think are all vital to maximizing your diet I take flax seed oil too. I figure might as well do it all 100% right plus my biggest expense is Chicken breasts anyways.

I'm so sick of chicken.
I eat eggs, pork, steak and burger now.
I don't buy tuna anymore, because its' way over priced. for what 2 cans of tuna cost, I can get a lb of steak.
I hate it when I go to take my morning piss and it just reeks of tuna, and it was not coming from the girl.

I hear ya Chicken and Tuna get pretty repetitive but as long as I`m getting the results I put up with it. I`m big on the eggs, egg white and lean burger paties too . I eat alot of extra lean ground beef as well. Not too much steak but that will change this spring when the bbq is out again.

Eureka! That's right! : I'm going to produce my own line of supplements and Make a million dollars on the first sale alone!(it's not like I need to show results, because if any supplement did, it would become a controlled substance) Now, where did that list of distributors go..
