Whats the most weight you guys put on ?
I was just wondering whats the most weight you guys put on during a test cycle ?

29lbs -1st cycle -250mgs 1st 6 weeks and 500mgs last 6 weeks.

wow guys thats crazy! i did dbol and 500mg a week of test for 10 weeks . and i gained at most 8 pounds ...29lbs -40 .. thats craZY! Whats your diet and training look like . ?

well to be honest, i was bulking and i wasn't worried about bodyfat, so I was a bit high at the end of it but cut later to drop bf, overall increase in muscle was terrific though

I have 3000 cals a day at 45/35/20 consistanly and train 3 on one off 1 hour of lifting, 30 min of cardio. It never changes unless I am out of sync. I cannot believe oyu ahd anything good that you got 8lbs out of a 10 week cycle. Something is definatley wrong. All my boys that juice throw up numbers like these also.

i hear all these 30-40lbs - id like to know what was left post h20 loss and post pct ....b/c that is def not even close to all muscle (as some of you said) even for a first cycle - thats insane....

i know - i said some people said it wasnt strictly muscle - you were included in that statement - u said bodyfat wasnt a concern during that cycle... I mean lets look at it this way if u are 200 lbs at 18% bodyfat - thats 36 lbs of bodyfat - if u started at say 10 % bf ....thats 16 lbs of bodyfat alone not counting h20 = which means a net gains of prob 16 lbs of muscle - do-able - very productive - but do-able early in the game...

6-8 meals a day of basically whatever I could get my hands on
steaks, peanut butter sandwiches, tons of chicken, eggs like crazy
ate every two hours, full meals, mostly clean, but did eat plenty of peanut butter, burgers, but i was eating so consistently i didn't hold much fat at all
OK, so there is my dirty little secret....lolol I did a dirty bulk and hated it, it was so hard to eat that much,
I am 5'11" 230 and at about 13-15% and not on cycle

I just gained 25lbs of a test/drol cycle. That is my most ever. Some water, some fat, and we'll see how much muscle when I diet down. And yes, you need to eat more if you only gained 8lbs.

Remember something users here are human and like all humans we're all different.
So for your first cycle (your first "real" one) don't expect to gain some crazy absurd weight or else you will be disappointed, make a reasonable weight gain goal 15-20lbs and work for it, that way if you go over you will be extremely happy and you won't have set a crazy weight gain mindset that might disappoint you.

Everyone looks like they all gained over 20 pounds on cycle .!....maybes it my diet ? . were you guys pounding down mad calories!...IT A UGL lab from my area , so i doubt anyone on the forum board could tell ....i get some sides from the test so maybe its real , ill eat like mofo this time and see what happens!!

Think of it this way, steroids are like a supped up car, with a supped up car you can go faster and achieve higher speeds than a regular car, but if you don't put enough gas (ie. food) into your car, it's just not going to go anywhere.

I'm on 500mgs EQ weekly right now and it makes me eat like crazy.
I've put on 28lbs in 7 weeks, but I've lost 6 of it this week because I've been sick and shitting 8 times a day.
I add tbol/var next week so I'm intrested to see how it goes.
Did not think I'd gain that much, just with EQ. I'm sure some of it's water as I'm dehydrated as fvck all the time right now cause i'm shitting water ever hour.

my first cycle...I weight 210 at bf15% when I ended my cycle I was 225 with bf 11% that is a little more then 20 pounds....

I went from 233 to 267 my first cycle but it was not all good weight. I was a monster though I`m happy being in the 220's right now lean. Next cycle I want to get to about 235 9-11% bf

first cycle 35 pounds obviously not all clean. i just cut 30 pounds....... gaining was a lot more fun.
