    been a while

    man its been ages since I was on here last. I cant believe I havent spent every possible moment on here the past 15 weeks. was an excellent time, wicked gains and ive accomplished my goals for this cycle, and then some.

    rather regretful that i havent been on there constantly reading and updating my progress... its been a blast though so sad to be seeing it come to an end.
