I either do a casein shake w/ extra virgin olive oil

About a month ago I totally kicked all shakes, even PWO
It might be in my head, because the results aren't that dramatic, but I think I do look leaner and have a little more vascularity. I'm doing an ultra-lean and very slow bulk, so I don't gain a bunch of fat, and I think kicking the shakes was the best move for me. (for my particular goals that is)

I am a big believer of no carbs after a certain time in the night. I will eat either some eggs or I will have a shake with little or no carbs in it.

Good Choices^^^
I now do a meal of Lean Red Meat being ground meat or a steak or what not, with some combo of different veggies(Peppers,Broccoli,Onions,Mushrooms, etc) and some Almonds or Walnuts.
That being said i have also taken in Starchy Carbs before bed if needed and have seen no negative affects on body composition.
