need a software - music and video organization

I'm looking for a quality software to organize my media. I have over 80 gigs of music and half of it is music videos. I have allot of pics too but it the software does not support that I will not be upset. Something that will find duplicate downloads and help me tag and name or rename. I will need to put some songs in more than one genera.I dont mind paying for it if it has all the options I need and of course if it is not too terribly expensive. Please make suggestions

    itunes?

keeps out duplicates, sorts by song name, artist, genre, etc.

pictures, can't you just make folders for them? like each album or w.e? my camera's sw does that automatically so every time you upload it makes a new folder

Thank you for your reply but I looked into monkey media and it does not support video.
I downloaded itunes and I am still trying to figure it all out. I cannot figure out how to play audio and video in the same play list. It does not say how in the help section.
When I put them together in a single play list it will play only one video and then goes to the next audio and then will not play any more videos in the play list. ????

the windows media player will do this. I know how to use windows media player but it still does not have many functions. I really don't care about album covers but it is nice. In windows media it can take me sometimes 5 to 10 minutes to find one song. this makes me
after down loading itunes I still have a hard time finding some songs.

itunes' search is very easy to use. i don't think you can put videos in the same playlist as songs, but if you need a good video player, VLC is the best i think. very simple, plays tons of files and has codecs for DVDs.
