One of my good friends is the way youa retalking about. He came up to me the other day and said he met a guy that was runner up in mr olympia and makes ronnie coleman look small. So i says really? he proceeds to pass the torch of wisdom so generously granted to him by this beast. Eat 5 to 10,000 calories a day(that is a quote) of anything you want to just bulk like a mutha, then when you are ready cut out the carbs and in two weeks all the muscle you developed will consume the fat, cause that's how it works you know? and you will be like 2-3% bf in two weeks without cardio or anything, cause you just have so much massive lean muscle.

I never even engaged. I just sat there then told himthat I had to get busy so I would holler at him later. He knows better than that shit but he just gets swept away so easy, and wants my respect of his knowledge. okey dokey jo.
