when did you start doing that nasty noise? how high your tone is? does it bother your mate or roommate? have you done anything to stop it?


i don't snore. only soooooometimes, my mother told that. so let's hear the experts on that. hey don't be shy its ok to talk about ur snoring problem.

i don't. both my parents do like crazy though. for real, a couple years ago i was coming upstairs to go to bed (pretty late so everyone was asleep) and i heard a plane landing in my moms room. i thought it was one of our dogs but sure enough, it was her.

Well I have a cpap machine, but if I dont use it I snore violently. My dad says it because of my weight, but I only weighed 240 when I started snoring real bad.

I snore bad sometines. I have gotten it under sontrol with Snore Relief gargle by breathe right. It has to be taken every night to be effective for me.
