    I take weekly measurement of everything while on cycle just to document progress for my own personal records. Of course i dont write down that im on AAS in the log, thats just ****ing stupid. But thats everything. Quads, arms, calves, chest, etc.

    I have gone ten years without busting out the measuring tape. I saw a guy measure himself in front of the mirror at the gym once right in front of the DB rack. Thought, if I EVER get like that just shoot me on the spot.
