    ECA Fitness Conference

    It is in NYC Feb 26th-March 1. Is anyone going? Im going to go, taking a course on spinning. Don't think I have what it takes to teach but I thought it would be something to do.

    they do and its a great place to go and learn. my wife used to have spinning classes at my gym and loved it

    I went to a Fitness Conference in Tampa there were so many hot girls there......I could not help myself...I will not tell you what I did after words...

    ok! I really wanted to go to the one in Miami because it's freaking cold here but it is 25 miles from my house so I better get my freezing lazy ass to the city.
