i dont see how it will help him relate with fat people. fat people have a great amount of difficulty controlling their weight, whereas he clearly doesnt have that problem...

Id hit it and forget it.

i think its a good experience especially for someone thats gonna be training fat ppl, just like ppl on here get advince on personal experience with steroids , ya he might be doing it just for attention but if he is doing for the right reasons than i support that because you cant help some fat guy by telling him to do this this and that, if he has been ripped and lean all his life....so i think its good

Don't agree. Anyone that can do math (addition and subtraction) has no reason to be fat. Calories consumed needs to be less than (subtract/minus) Calories burned to lose weight. Now understand that some people have bigger issues with their bodies and need to get into the macro/micros of a diet. For the MOST part losing weight becomes that simple (at that stage atleast).
It boils down to will power and dedication. If that's what this guys is trying to showcase then I guess I get it.

I've said it once, and I'll say it again. Personal trainers (for the most part) are stupid.

I do that every time I bulk.
I put on 10-15lbs of fat. And I have fun loosing it.
-
Thats total crap. He is just getting lazy and is using the "i want to know what its like to be a fatty" line as an excuse to eat twinkies.

LOL looks prego to me. who the hell wants to pack on a ton of fat screw that. Like what was said higher up he obviously knows how to diet so I don't think it will help him when the problem is people not eating right. Probably a media stunt to get clients

i don't see the big problem with it.. he looked fine in that pic and if he modeled he doesn't need to be jacked. i think fat people who can't control their weight just don't have the determination to do it right.
my friend is 2 days into his newest workout plan to lose weight and when we went to mcdonalds he got a salad (terrible excuse for eating healthy if you see that thing) and then got a double cheese burger and says its not like a cheat meal.
people like that don't lose weight because of their own faults. a very small amount of people have body types that basically resign them to being fat, but imo, most fat people are lazy

Probobly 'cause he's a weak ass trainer who can't afford his habit anymore. Who has a 12.5 inch waist? DSM would rip him a new one!
