Just joined the 220lbs+ club!!!

220.2 pounds this morning after taking a piss. Weighed in underwear so maybe closer to 220 even. Im not saying im huge or anything but this is the most ive ever weighed in my life and im at 12% bf! Im not even one month into this cycle. Much more to come!

Sincere gratitude to everyone in the Q&A that helped me get to where im at through all the informative posts on AAS, dieting, and general guidance. Mostly guys like Big, T-MOS, Jstraw, Derek7m, sampson,peachfuzz, Jimmyinkedup, Jfew, fireguy, marcus300 and even jiggaman. Smart ass prick that he is. And guys like madmatt and prone2rage for keeping things funny as hell.

Thanks alot to all those guys and everyone else who contributes alot to this site that has helped me obtain my goals.

Hasn't kept me from hitting 260, but i'm 6'3''. you're probably built better than I am.

About the deadlifts, doesn't matter, low back is fuct from crew. I couldn't deadlift if they let me.

not bad, you have to do something pretty intense for them to trigger that thing. Usually they'll come over and tell you to stop doing something if they don't like it.

Nice work, congrats on the progress!!!!! It's nice to reach one of those goals and then EXCEED it.

I just broke 225 and it's not easy for me to gain size. So I know how you feel! I did it with just EQ for now, but running it 16 weeks and adding Test E/T-bol in next week for the final 8 weeks.

Shoot for 230 and cut to a lean 215/220! now go eat!

oh yeah, it's a girls gym for sure, they're everywhere. Some gross, some fat beyond the point of no return, some oldies, but a nice sprinkling of hott chicks. I'm not too good at the gym pick up, but it keeps my cast of characters fresh in the never ending porno that goes on in my head.

Me neither bro. Its just an odd occasion for me. Ive never done anything but FOCUS in the gym, not work on phone numbers. And I would assume she is too. But...who knows. I feel ya tho. But all the obese women around these parts hit up "curves" and not a real gym. Pretty funny shit.
