Who's heading to the Arnold Classic this weekend??
Any of you guys going to go this weekend? I'm flying down tomorrow but I've got to go really early because customs says Obama is flying to Columbus tomorrow and they are closing air space from 930am till like 2 or 3pm. If anyone hasn't been there before I would recommend it if you have the chance, it's pretty cool to walk around the expo and watch the competitions.

I'm getting dwn abt 1130-12...
Its gonna be interesting to see if the crowd is the same with the economy and all..In recent yrs the supps co' stopped handing out alot of stuff..8-10 yrs ago I'd come back with bags and bags of free stuff...Prolly a good 3-weeks to a months supply of protein bags, bars and etc...Although I only go to Expo maybe 1 yr I'll go to Competition..

I thought Gary Player was a better golfer so i shall give it a miss...

Samn with the Olympia, the Expo is always better than the show itself (and a hell of a ot cheaper too)

Victor should be up there as well, be interesting to see what he looks like after the injury and layoff.

From what I have read about the prejudging Victor is definately top 3 with Green and Freeman.

Sounds like Branch Warren is in the running for top 3 as well. Latest has Kai Green kicking some major a$$ in prejudging.

The Arnold Strongman is going on now. It's interesting to see who wins it this year, since Big Z (Zydrunas Savickas, 5 time winner) isn't there this year. Plus reigning 5 time WSM winner Mariusz Pudzianowski isn't there either. Favorites are the Russian Mikial Koklyeav (sp?) and American and WSM runner up Derrick Poundstone. Misha is currently 1st and Pounstone 2nd.

If you're able to hang around till Sunday afternoon you can get supps for practically nothing. They're just unloading them at that point.

Kai Green has always impressed me which is why I thought he might win. Also because I knew Victor wouldn't be at his best due to his injury.
