No motivation
was in a car wreck february 13th and hurt my hand just now fine. I cant seem to find any motivation to lift at all. I keep leaving the gym after 2 sets i just wanna myself, anything i can do to help?

Dude thats nuts.. Me and u both wrecked on the same day.. I got ejected 40 ft out of the car. Broke my wrist, rib, and fractured my shoulder. Woke up in the hospital had trama and all that crap. But im good now except my wrist still not healed. Hurts to even lift a dinner plate with it. But if your good man just get some music pumpin and freakin hit it hard man. Be lucky you can lift bro..

Whenever I hit a wall in motivation for eating or gym I just get on youtube and look up videos of bad asses like Mariusz Pudzianowski and other great strong men, bb'ers, pl'ers. Kicks my ass STRAIGHT into gear. Also watch videos from my favorite fighters or a fighter who is in noteworthy condition (ie. Kevin Randleman).
and other than that...
EVERY SINGLE ****ING DAY YOU MISS THE GYM SOME LITTLE CHUMP ***** IS CATCHING UP TO YOU INCH FOR INCH AND POUND FOR POUND! AND ONE DAY IS GOING TO BE IN SUCH GOOD SHAPE HE IS GOING TO BEAT YOUR ASS AND STEAL YOUR GIRL CAUSE YOU LET IT ALL GO! GET YOUR ASS BACK IN THE GYM!

What I do for motivation is use anything that has ever hurt me in the past to my advantage. I used to be fat and out of shape in high school so I paid the price and got made fun of all the time by my peers and classmates. That drives me to this day actually! I now LOVE seeing people from high school who used to be all hot/good looking and in great shape now fat or chubby in worse shape then me. Try to funnel anything that makes you 'hate' or 'angy' and use all of that as the fire that keeps you going...... but each person has their own motivating things in life so you just have to figure out what yours is at this time.
Last year my 5 year long term g/f broke up with me and that alone made me get in the best shape of my life because i had the mentality and mindset of 'i'll show her what's up' I wanted to get sooo good looking and in such great shape she would realize a few things...... then i knew it would help me get lots of other girls (which it did) and that would open her eyes as well (and it did) lol! anyway do whatever it takes but try your hardest to not fall off the wagon because it's much harder to climb back on rather than just keep on going......
