need legal advice

I went to the store to pick up a free small items. In doing that i had a craving for Oreo cookies. I went to where they were located and started searching. I couldn't find a small package that contains around, say, 6-10 cookies. No, i was forced to purchase a full package which includes about 40 cookies. I take them home and have already ate half the package !

My lawsuit is going to be that they don't make these cookies in smaller packages and now im fat from eating so many.

All i want is 5 million and for them to pay my gym membership.

They actually do sell them in smaller packs... you might have a better case against the store for not carrying them.

Be sure that when you file your lawsuit you revise your story to be that you were purchasing a few small items, instead of taking them for free. It might help a little.

Secondly, I would start by pointing out that they are discriminating against gays that like Oreos. I mean they won't let you have the small package, they want to force thier bigger packages on you? what is this some sick joke? I bet they don't make thier fat ass white women buy thier diet cokes by the 12 pack. THey do carry singles of THOSE don't they? And do smokers have to buy cartons of cigerettes? I think not. I think you have them right where you want them!

In all seriousness, you'd have a much stronger lawsuit if you have evidence of the following:

1) One or more ingredients found in oreos is addictive (e.g. think nicotine and cigarettes).

2) You've eaten lots of oreos due to your addiction to them, which is beyond your control, and it has made you fat and ill.
