Right now, I'm sleeping by midnight and sleep until about 8-9am.
I nap for about an hour then after PWO then too.
I get 9-12 hours of sleep a day right now.
I can't do it much longer, I get busy with work in the spring but for now, eat, lift, sleep, grow.

Actual times don't matter as long as you get the proper length of sleep.
I go to sleep around 5 or 6 am and get up around 1 or 2 pm.

it's best to get to sleep before midnight, but the main thing is going to sleep and waking up at the same time, this will set your circadian rhythm and allow you to enter REM sleep fast, thus getting a better night's sleep

i have a terrible time falling asleep. i usually struggle with the fight to fall asleep then ending up popping a tylenol pm to get me to doze off.
i start trying to sleep around 12am-2am, then usually get up around 9am

Right now I'm not working because I'm healing from some surgeries so I go to bed around 2am and get up around 11am. Sometimes I also have a nap in the afternoon because it's exhausting doing nothing all day lol.

my sleeping pattern is all over the place.. sometimes I wake up after 3-4 hours of sleep and I go eat a meal maybe stay up for an hour then go back to sleep for another 3-4 wake up rinse and repeat one more time.
When I get somewhat into a circadian rhythm I'm able to sleep for 8-9 hours, even then I recall eating a meal and coming back upstairs and sleeping for three more hours.
Other nights it's not uncommon for me to get 5-6 hours wake up for an hour or two then go back to bed.

7-8 hours of sleep for me
