glycogen levels. if you are filled out glycogen wise, you are going to pull in some water retention. Their is so much water stored for every unit of glycogen stored.

shedding glycogen will shed water weight with it.

so carb storage is just one simple factor among others.

we all know creatine will pull in water as well

That much water would kill you, and 50mg of creatine is nothing.

Thanks, I think I need to retains some significant amount of H20 to retain a bulky shape. I don't like that ripped look with all bones-n-muscle anymore, people are getting scared of me like I'm about to rob them or smthing. I hate when they are making weird assumptions about my intention. I guess I'm gonna go for salty diet and increase my H20 intake. Thanks fellows again.

Keep an eye on your blood pressure while you increase your sodium and fluid though.

i dont think 50 mg of creatine would do anything. Creatine is usually dosed more in the grams such as 5-10 grams per day

I always assume creatine cause you to retain water because it inceases the ability to store glycogen in muscles. Which you already stated as being one of the reasons for water retention? Is this a little care before the horse here or does creatine have some other effects that cause water retention as well?
