I will never ever have a tricep, back of my arm is as flat as a wall due to genetics.

I am genetic gifted with nice calves, i dont even work them out anymore. Bi's have also been trouble for me. Can't seem to get them to grow but my tri's are in decent shape.
-
I think people try to hard to train bi's, if its big arms you want concentrate more on the tri's, much bigger muscle..

I inherited "Bird Legs" from my mother. I'm not impressed with them
My Arms, Chest, Shoulders and Back all grow fairly fast. Even my Quads/Hammies grow decently.. Calves = not at all

Calves
made some major improvements on them now by changing the way i trained calves
was getting worried about them for a while but now they will definitely get there.....
also hamstrings are hard for me to get them up the next level but its definitely coming......
i guess its all in good time......

Def my bis. They just like staying small while everything else grows for some reason.

If I had the ability I'd donate some of my calf muscle to you guys.... mine are outrageously big without EVER doing a calf raise.

for all you guys who have trouble with your bis, mine have huge stretch marks running across them (before I even cycled). It's those with huge calves that do no calf work that piss me off. Mine just don't want to grow to a half respectable size

Delts then calves then bi's, in that order.Chest is easiast followed by quads and hams.I have a decent chest with two stupid looking arms attached to it.
