Random Sore Days
I've been following the same split for like 8 weeks now, good split, everything has been fine. Today, I couldn't not even move outta my bed cause my legs were so sore. My chest is so damn sore that I don't think I could put 135 up on flat bench at the moment. My intensity/training hasen't changed though, weird. Can anyone else relate and why does this happen?

This happens when I dont get a few good meals in after my workout. This is the MOST IMPORTANT thing for me to not be sore the next day. Especially if I get a really good workout in

Days like this i call out of work, stay on bed watching Opera while eating bon bon's all day.
