    how to deplete sodium?

    whats the best way to get my sodium low low, but where i can maintain it that low without any risks of anything bad?

    yes. probably in order, not eat it, drink water, more potassium, then a diuretic is last.

    Drink ALOT of water and you will not have to worry about Sodium at all.. I remember SwoleCat backing this up as well (for those of you who remember who SC was, I am sure you took what he said seriously)

    Someone wrote a good thread on sodium cycling, tho I can't remember who and im too lazy to look. But yeh like the others said, the basics are stop eating it, water , potassium blah blah.
