When I joined AR, I'm also a moron, can't even give a correct body fat %, but due to thick skin and willingness to learn hehehe.... Now I know the do's and dont's of ASS.

the flipside to the coin is that you guys help a lot of people and give out a lot of great advice. I have learned a lot from you guys in the short time that I have been here. I have also taken what i've learned from you guys and made it work for me.
I just wanted to point out that a lot of us new guys take the advice that we're given and are very grateful for it

oh comon now im probaly rated mornon number 1, for my lack of knowledge of aa's when I first showed up and my 5 year old pi$$ fits. But you know what if I had not came to this thread I would have been running a 4 week cycle of deca and test c at like 200mg's a week, no kidding I had no clue wtf, and I was going off word of mouth from a friend who now I know is pretty clueless. anyway thanks to you thread whores im doing alright.
