    if this is africa it wouldnt suprise me,my family are irish and that was a war zone for many years but about 15 yrs ago my dad visited his brother in jo'berg and said he would never go back.

    not sure if law is different now but back then shooting dead a man who steals your car is ok,shooting dead shoplifters is ok,and shooting a man you find@maybe threatening your person' is also ok.

    its a savage society and even though i have nigerian friends i would never live there unless my job and pay represented so.
