    I am the nutrition magician!!!

    5 Meals in 23 minutes

    2 talapia/almond/asparagus meals

    sweet potato/boneless chicken breast/pre work out

    brown rice/boneless chicken breast/pwo

    sirloin/broccoli/last meal


    I make my eggs and cream of wheat after my am cardio and bring those first 4 meals for the day and then have boneless chicken/broccoli then another 45min of cardio then sirloin/broccoli.

    Here's my breakfast favorite meal of the day of course.

    Yeah I was bored.But I express the meal preperation cooking and conveinence of it all to my clients and they lock on it.

    10 egg whites /molly mcbutter
    1/3 cup of cream of wheat/ 2tbls sugar free rasberry perserves/hhhhmmmm!!!

    Best meal of the day.My cutting diet doesn't even feel like a cutting diet all my clients say.And then there was success!!!

    Post a pic and lets see what steroids have done for you.Then I'll post my pics Feb 27th from the begining of this diet I'm currently doing and now.There's no achievement in jacking your self with muscles.Hard work determines my condition.Or else I wouldn't be drawn to diet and training.Not a reformed whoor I just know what's best for me.

    That actually looks very similar to what I eat everyday if you add 10 egg whites and my PWO shake, I just put it all in ziplock bags and eat with my hands lol

    its a personal training certificate, one of the single digit nationally recognized ones. if your interested PM me or refer to my thrad in the workout section

    Nice..I gotta buy a cooler My fish aint gonna do so well now that were getting work and I can no longer have the fridge for my conveinence.
