I am the nutrition magician!!!
5 Meals in 23 minutes
2 talapia/almond/asparagus meals
sweet potato/boneless chicken breast/pre work out
brown rice/boneless chicken breast/pwo
sirloin/broccoli/last meal
I make my eggs and cream of wheat after my am cardio and bring those first 4 meals for the day and then have boneless chicken/broccoli then another 45min of cardio then sirloin/broccoli.
Here's my breakfast favorite meal of the day of course.

10 egg whites /molly mcbutter
1/3 cup of cream of wheat/ 2tbls sugar free rasberry perserves/hhhhmmmm!!!
Best meal of the day.My cutting diet doesn't even feel like a cutting diet all my clients say.And then there was success!!!

Post a pic and lets see what steroids have done for you.Then I'll post my pics Feb 27th from the begining of this diet I'm currently doing and now.There's no achievement in jacking your self with muscles.Hard work determines my condition.Or else I wouldn't be drawn to diet and training.Not a reformed whoor I just know what's best for me.Last edited by dedic8ed1; 05-04-2009 at 09:04 PM.
