"SIGNATURES" Read Them !!! (New Members, THIS MEANS YOU !!)

Did you know that every Staff member, Vet, Hall of Famer, Mod, and Monitor has a personal signature attached to EACH of their posts??

There is VERY useful information in the signatures regarding SOURCE CHECKS and other valuable information!!

It has come to my attention through hundreds of PM's that not all of you nice people have the signature feature turned on in your user CP so that you can enjoy the wonderful statements we make in our posts for ALL to see so that we don't have to repeat ourselves hundreds of times every day!

SO, if everyone, especially NEW MEMBERS would please go to your USER CP button at the top left of this page, and click on it.

THEN, scroll down the left column to where it says "EDIT OPTIONS" and click that.

NEXT, scroll down the middle of the page to where you will see "THREAD DISPLAY TOOLS"

When there please make sure the box marked SHOW SIGNATURE is checked !!! Then make sure you SAVE The options at the bottom of that page before exiting

I know I am quite the whore, can't blame me for liking to talk with intelligent people about cycles, training, diet, contest, probodybuilding in the whore thread though. You'd be surprise how much good info a couple of us put in that whore thread.

I can only take the Q+A section for a limited time before I just wanna smash by head into the keyboard

the only reason I'd get a freaking title is maybe cause of all the hard work and dedication I put into MYSELF and the progression I have been making. But the board is about helping others, I have people around town I help so can only spread so much loving

haha later guys gonna go to a mexican restaurant w/ chicken and rice and watch everyone else pig while i eat out of my tupperware. LOL!!
