    Reflecting on before/after pics of Arnold

    I was looking at the "before and after" pics of Anorld on the other thread; and it got me wondering if its message was: there is no need to do a steroid cycle because overtime you will just lose all the gain u work hard to achieve just like what did happen to Arnold.
    If that was not the case, how can I ensure I keep my gains forever beside diet and workout. I already lost half of my motivation from not recycling in over a year. Any thoughts?
