    man it's funny how different cops can be...this happens to this guy...then there is that other vid where a drunk guy is handcuffed and sitting down and a cop is telling him "get up again...go ahead get up" (trying to sound threatening) but the guy is drunk and just tries to obey so he gets up and the cop pops him.
