What is the most informational film about bodybuilding? (Roids, diet, program..)

Well what film does have heaps of great information? I.e Diet, weight training, steriods . and so on?

Would be nice to get a few tips, always fun to watch something you can gain from.

i really liked jay cutlers documentary 'from jay to z' i think it was called... also 'bigger, stronger, faster' was really fun to watch.... I don't know if that is the kind of video you're looking for but they are good...

Pumping iron is motivational for me, when I get that pump in the gym its like cumming, so Im cumming all the time just lke Arnold.

I believe there is a subtitles verson available enspaniol. But thats about it.

one of hte greatest lines in the movie, however i believe in the special features in an interview with arnold he admits to greatly exaggerating that claim for purpose of entertainment in the film.

thank you. do those subs come with the dvd or do i have to buy the spainsh version(just orderd the dvd to thiland and it cost a shit load for s&h hope i didnt buy the wrong thing).
