    Old supplement, still before exp. date but looks suspect. Take it or toss it?

    So I'm all out of amplify 02 and redline, and I found a 1/4 full bottle of NO Shotgun in the pantry. It doesn't "expire" until October, but it looks kinda weird. It was all chunky and had a light brown color to it. I kinda remember the stuff being an off-white color, but I'm not certain. Anyway, the stuff already tastes like shit to begin with, but now it's like over two years old and looks nasty. I'm tired as shit though and need something to get me up for my workout. I have Vegas in two days and need to be looking my best. Take it or toss it?

    I called about some protien or celltech one time (back when I thought celltech was cool) and was told that the exp date is regulated by the FDA, and that it was a precautionary date. The supps should be ok much longer. As an example, alot of supps are discounted and sold just rior to exp date and it is legal even though there is no way to use it by the exp date. It must leave the shelf by then.

    Yeah I just put the jar in front of my roommates face and he almost puked when he smelled it. It smells like swiss cheese that's been sitting in the sun for three days. Alright.... game time.
