    cardio while aas, roommate reassurance?

    im very aware of how to go about cardio while on aas, however my roommate thinks it will be ok to do thirty minutes of running after a wkout 7 days a week while on aas, opinions please?

    I advised 4-5 days max

    running is like lifting you can over train 4-5 day 30 to 60 mins is fine....I would not go past that..JMO

    his stats are

    age: 23
    height: 5'7"
    cycle experience: 0
    goal: gain mass
    bodyfat: abs are visible, 10-15%
    he thinks cardio 7 days a week @ 30 min is ok while on aas, im trying to persuade him otherwise

    yea u can cut down on the cardio to 4 days, how's your diet?? this will all be predicated on whether or not your eating enough.. whats your bmr/tdee??

    well if its all about gaining mass then cut out the cardio to almost nothing.
