    I'm not about being the strongest because there will always be someone stronger eventually and most of the strong men look like crap IMO

    I would much rather be in GREAT shape and try to maintain it for as long as possible, like I'm doing now.

    I dont lift heavy. Im not trying to beat anyone. 90% of the guys who go for pure strength end up injuring themselves at some point. Ive already done that enough.

    I was talking to my sports injurty doctor today and he was commenting on how I was one of the exceptions who actually tried and succeeded in getting in very good shape after an injury like mine (3 herniated disks and need fusion). I said yeah, I wish I FELT 1/4 as good as I look LOL
