    I've used them. They took a lot of strain off of my shoulders when I was having rotator cuff problems.

    I used them and think they suck....if you want to rotate you r shoulders us a softball and it makes it harder to do the push up...just my two cents without flamine

    It's like the same thing when people use Dumbells and doing Chest Presses with them and are ROTATING the WEIGHT !! You are just asking for an INJURY ... IMO

    I do not like the turn, i do like that you get a few inches off the ground which gives you a greater range of motion by letting you go past neutral with push ups
