I have the impression that he'll use his platform to push some kind of product or supplement in the very near future. At least he'd be smart too, anyway.

yes he said his nutritionist made hime a blend of stuff but he's keeping it a secret until the end to see if it works.

Did anyone watch his videos? I was really suprised at his form in curling,Video#4 He is pretty much doing the swing curl, It works for him thats for sure but I was a little suprised at his form. Hes a great guy and I plan on checking in weekly. How tall is he? anyone know?

gear or not, his vids get me so amped to go kick so much ass and toss around plates.

as we all know - gear or not, it takes extremely hard work and diet....

Yeah his for was a little crazy, but who the hell are we to judge that dude? That right there shows you that genetics rule all.

I've seen him listed everywhere from 5'9-6'0, so who really knows?

I think he does about 16 sets per body part though. I saw a video of him doing 100lb dumbell curls too. He's also really really fast. A genetic anomaly for sure.
