    What would you be doing if you never started working out/bodybuilding?

    I'd probably be at McDonalds looking like a tub of shit. Was overweight, almost obese as a child and if I never started working out I really would be a tub of shit. Other than that I probably would do nothing but sit on the couch and watch TV as I have just about no other interests or hobbies or maybe I'd pick up something else, don't know. Interesting to ponder about though.

    If i would have never started working out I probably would have a lot less success in my careers.. military and when I was an LEO.. both love having big strong guys.. My commander has actually sent me to a base over here just to compete in the bench press meet because he likes to see his battalion name on the wall..

    i'd still be sitting on my pc, eating wendy's being a huge mcfatfuk.

    and, with the road i was on, i was set to be diabetic in my 40s. if not have major heart/liver/kidney issues.

    now, the steroids are the only thing causing hell on my liver and kidneys. hah!

    but, i do have OCD, and i never thought i'd be where i'm at body wise...... but even at that, i surpassed my goals and im unhappy still..

    and i think that's what will keep me going, the fact i will NEVER be satisfied ever......

    This is a bit of a strange subject only because you could apply this to anything like:

    If you weren't a writer, what would you have done instead? Or if you weren't a Surgical Doctor, what would you have been instead?

    The thing with bodybuilding is, its addicting. You'll always worry about being too small, about what you could improve and so on. It's a great thing but it can get in your head and **** you up sometimes.

    If I never lifted weights in the first place, I probably wouldn't be a narccistic shithead constantly worrying how I looked or if people thought I was looking small. Which I am right now =(
