haha i just maxed out at 395 lbs on my deadlift yesterrday im proud of myself since i only weight 165 but that is soon to go up 395!! =)

lol the most ive done is 517 for now !! and i weight 198. I will never forget the smile i had on my face when i got it all the way up

It's all fun and games until you get a hemorrhoid, thats why stopped deadlifting. 2 years later and I still have that tiny grape on my asshole

I just hope your forms good.
Yesterday i was squatting and so was this young kid. He walks over to the bar and throws on about 100lbs heavier than me. I also noticed no warm up and he kept looking over at me. Then he goes to squat - 1/4 squats !!!

Nicely done. Like most guys here I usually stick to whatever I can do for 6-10 reps but that's impressive for your size man.

I only do light weight isolation moves involving swiss ball, I just want to get toned, not big.

thats amazing weight, most i ever did was 315 at 160lbs. A guy at my gym is 170lbs and deaded 445x3. (if i didn't see this basterd do this with my own two eyes I wouldn't of believed it) He must be pound per pound the strongest lifter in my gym.

I once Deadlifted the Bar and it felt good. Im 230 so lifting 45lbs was great for me.
